We provide a wide range of services in real estate including appraisal, sales, real estate management and investment services, farm management and consultations, and real estate sales closing services. We also provide Notary Services.
White Realty & Appraisal assists individual landowners, partnerships, corporations, trusts, estates, and non-profit organizations in valuation services, purchasing and selling assistance, and consultations regarding any type of real property assets. We specialize in residential, farm, and commercial real property appraisals and sales. Our primary counties are Antelope, Brown, Boone, Boyd, Cedar, Cuming, Dixon, Greeley, Holt, Howard, Knox, Keya Paha, Madison, Nance, Platte, Rock, Pierce, Platte, Sherman, Stanton, Thurston, Valley, Wheeler, and Wayne. We consider any and all assignments within and outside these areas. The following licensed professionals bring decades of experience to our team: Keith White has been in real estate sales since 1973 and has been a real estate broker since 1976. Keith also is a Certified General Real Property Appraiser since 1976. Keith lives in Neligh. Julie Harrison joined the White Realty & Appraisal team in 2009, became a real estate salesperson in 2011, and the associate real estate broker in 2023. She is a certified abstracter, and licensed title agent. Julie lives in rural Plainview, NE. Jeff White is a certified general appraiser, and a licensed real estate salesperson. Jeff lives in Norfolk. |
