A price would be helpful. What is the exact location. How much of the property is leased to farm and how long is the contract? Would be helpful to know approximate income to lease holder if possible to aid in making a decision on further pursuance of the property as I would not be living on the property. Thank you

Sorry about that, little website problem with the price. It is $4,500,000.00. I've uploaded a map of the property location. The pasture is leased to one of the sellers for the 2023 season. The current annual income is approximately $90,000.00. This does not include the house. I do not know the current rental arrangement there. The lease on the house will terminate with the sale. Based on in town rents, I would think minimally $700.00 per month could be asked. The real estate taxes are approximately $17,000.00. Let me know if you have any other questions.
