Thirty years ago, Keith White founded White Realty & Appraisal to provide local services in real estate sales, farm management and appraisals.

White Realty & Appraisal assists individual land owners, partnerships, corporation, trust estates, and non-profit organizations to buy, sell and trade a wide range of real property assets.

We have also completed numerous residential, farm, and commercial real property appraisals. Our primary counties are Antelope, Holt, Knox, Pierce, Madison, Cedar, Dixon, Stanton, Boone, Boyd, Keya Paha, Rock, Wheeler, and Wayne. We also consider assignments outside these areas.

Six licensed professionals bring decades of experience to our team:

Keith White has been in real estate sales since 1973 and became a broker in 1976. Keith also is a Certified General Real Property Appraiser and has been an appraiser since 1976. Keith and Nancy live in Neligh.

Nancy White is an Associate Real Estate Broker and a Registered Real Property Appraiser. Nancy has been an appraiser since 1995.

Jeff White has been a licensed sales person since 1996. Jeff is also a Certified General Real Property Appraiser. Jeff lives in Norfolk and can be reached at 402.844.3625.
